These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile pages, and online services owned or operated by Tiger Crest Educational Consulting LLC ("Tiger Crest," “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Scope of Terms and Contract for Services

The Site provides general information about our consulting services and allows you to contact us. These Terms govern your use of the Site only. They do not create a client relationship. A binding client relationship forms only after we enter into a Contract (also referred to as a service agreement, engagement agreement, or consulting agreement) that sets forth the terms and scope of services. That Contract governs all consulting services we provide, including fees, scheduling, and cancellation policies.
Informational Pricing: Any prices, package descriptions, or service details displayed on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change at any time without notice. Such information does not constitute an offer, and no contract is formed by viewing or relying on Site content. The terms, scope, and fees for services are governed solely by the applicable Contract entered into between Tiger Crest and the client.

2. No Guarantees; Educational Integrity

No Guarantee of Outcomes. Admissions and scholarship decisions are made solely by institutions. Tiger Crest does not guarantee admission, acceptance, placement, scholarships, or any particular outcome.
Authentic Work; No Ghostwriting. We guide, coach, and provide feedback, but students must submit their own original work (including essays and application materials). You agree not to request or use the Site or our services to fabricate credentials, misrepresent achievements, or violate any school’s or testing organization’s policies.

3. Eligibility; Children

The Site is intended for users 13 years and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Our services are directed to students and families worldwide; parents/guardians remain responsible for any contractual commitments for minors.

4. Accounts and Scheduling

The Site does not currently require a user account. If we later enable client portals or scheduling tools, you are responsible for safeguarding any credentials and for activities under your access. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property & Originality

Our Content. The Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and other materials (collectively, “Content”), is owned by or licensed to Tiger Crest and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Originality Disclaimer. All content on this website, including The Tiger Crest Advantage, is the original intellectual property of Tiger Crest Educational Consulting. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited without express written permission.
Limited License. We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Site solely for personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You will not: (i) copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Site or Content; (ii) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (iii) use the Site to violate any law, infringe rights, or engage in deceptive, harmful, or harassing conduct; (iv) interfere with the Site’s operation or security; or (v) use automated means to scrape or access the Site except via publicly documented interfaces.

7. User Submissions

If you submit information through our forms (e.g., Free Consultation or Contact Us), you grant us a limited license to use that information to respond to your request, operate and improve our services, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information except where expressly requested.

8. Third‑Party Services & Links

The Site may reference or integrate third‑party platforms (for example, hosting, analytics, scheduling, or payment processors). Tiger Crest is not responsible for third‑party websites or services and does not endorse them. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

The Content is provided for general educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice. Always seek advice from qualified professionals as needed.

10. DMCA & IP Complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or other IP rights, please send a notice to info@tigercresteducation.com (subject line: “DMCA/IP Notice – Tiger Crest”) including: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the infringing material and its location; (d) contact information; (e) a good‑faith statement; and (f) a perjury statement that you are authorized to act. Counter‑notices should include your signature, identification of the removed material, a perjury statement, and consent to jurisdiction. We may restore content where appropriate.

11. EU/UK Consumers – Distance Contracts

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK purchasing Tiger Crest services online or at a distance, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of entering the Contract, subject to legal exceptions. If you request services to begin within the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for services provided; if services are fully performed after your express request, the withdrawal right may be lost. To exercise withdrawal, email info@tigercresteducation.com with your name, address, and a clear statement of your decision. These rights supplement any contractual refund terms.

12. Electronic Communications Consent

By contacting us through the Site or providing your email, you consent to receive electronic communications from us (e.g., confirmations, policy updates, service information). Such communications satisfy any legal requirements that they be in writing. You can withdraw consent by contacting us; doing so may limit your ability to use some features.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIGER CREST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR SITE ACCESS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tiger Crest, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of Content.

18. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts‑of‑law rules. You and Tiger Crest consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will post the revised Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, provisions that should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will remain in effect.

21. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Tiger Crest regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings regarding Site use. If any provision is invalid, the remainder will stay in force. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our written consent. No waiver will be deemed a continuing waiver.
